Built from experience.
Driven by possibility.
Practical guidance for organizations ready to clarify where they are going, strengthen how they work, and equip the people who will lead them there.
Meet Caleb Dixon.
Founder & Principal Advisor

Caleb founded Forge Advisory to help organizations navigate complex challenges, gain clarity, and turn ambitious goals into meaningful results.
Over more than 20 years of leadership across nonprofit, corporate, and private-sector organizations, Caleb has led large teams, complex operations, strategic initiatives, and major projects. His experience spans transportation, supply chain and logistics, production, facilities, customer service, and volunteer recruitment and operations. Before founding Forge, he served as Chief Operating Officer of the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma. Earlier roles at Frito-Lay and Hobby Lobby exposed him to organizations with distinct missions, cultures, and operating models.
Caleb thrives on problems without obvious answers. He steps into complexity, asks the right questions, challenges assumptions, and finds practical paths tailored to each organization’s circumstances. Working alongside leaders, he helps turn ideas into action.
Strength from the inside out.
Forge Advisory partners with organizations to build strength from the inside out by clarifying strategy, improving performance, and equipping leadership to create meaningful, lasting results.
To leave every organization I touch stronger, more capable, and better equipped for what's next.
